Quick Update
Just a quick update to say after a few days in iso we put 'flash' back into the main tank and he seems to be behaving normally; who knows what was up with him.
In other news unfortunatly we had one of our new little E's die. We're not sure what happened but we found him upside down at the front of the tank. He looked fine but hadn't moved for a while, I picked him up and he still didn't move. After a few days in isolation it was clear he was dead and not molting.
Its possible he was affected by post purchase stress, or he injured himself somehow. Its possible he could have been climbing on the tank ceiling, as they are want to do, fell off and injured himself.
Lastly the background picture we have taped on the back of the tank fell off a few days ago, this seems to have changed the crabs behaviour, for almost all of them are hanging from the ceiling now. My threory is that they feel less safe now the background of trees has gone and they are climbing up high because they feel safer. We will attach it again this weekend and see what happens.
